The InSite Semen Detection Kit is on the only semen detection kit with two types of tests: Acid Phosphatase (AP) and Prostate Specific Antigen(PSA). Use both strips together to provide conclusive evidence of semen on just about any material or surface.
This kit is easy to use and yields instant results with the AP test strips, or results after 10 minutes with the more sensitive PSA test. It is designed to detect traces of semen that has been discharged during sexual intercourse and up to 36 hours later.

The kit tests for two different proteins in semen: 15 strips for Acid Phosphatase (AP) and 10 strips for Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA). If the stain tests positive for both proteins, the results are highly conclusive.
Simple to use: press an AP test strip against a moistened material or surface. If semen is present, the test strip turns purple instantly.
Sensitive. Even small traces of semen can be detected—down to a 1/1,000,000 dilution (approx. 1 drop of semen in a bathtub full of water).
Accurate. The PSA test will identify semen with 100% accuracy.
