On the front of this three color, double sided Private Investigator ID card, there is room for a photo and a signature from the authenticating official. With designated locations for remaining personal information and a listing of the authorized weapons on the reverse side of this card, the front also certifies the cardholder and states that the above named: is an independent Investigator. By virtue of his training and experience he is authorized to exercise his independent rights in accordance with, but not limited to, all the statutes existing in his state of domicile. His rights granted by appropriate statutes may not be infringed upon without due process. Consistent with prevailing local regulations, he is authorized to carry unusual personal weapons, and conduct confidential investigations of a sensitive nature. |
