With assigned locations for personal information and weapons qualifications on the reverse side of this card, the front also states that the above named served with honor as a member of: SEAL TEAM. There is also a NOTICE that states: WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE INFORMATION CONFIRMED BY THIS CARD, THE BEARER IS PROHIBITED FROM THE DISCLOSURE OR RELEASE OF CLASSIFIED DETAILS PERTAINING TO SEAL TEAM ASSIGNMENTS AND OPERATIONS. |
