Technical Support

The U-Spy Store offers Tech Support on all products purchased from us. Call us at (773) 529-2779 (M-F 9am - 6pm) for assistance with product advice, minor diagnosis, usage recommendations and technical questions answered. This service may be limited if the product is defective, damaged or otherwise not working properly. It may also be limited if the user does not have the technical expertise to operate the product. U-Spy Store reserves the right to limit technical support time in cases where the user has not read the manual or does not have the technical skills to use the product.

GPS trackers are not set up or serviced by the employees at U-Spy Store. For assistance with them you must call the service provider. We do offer a one time set up for portable spy cameras in the store if there is a customization option. 

Please note that this does not include set up, for most products, or installing your product. While we do offer installation services, these services are chargeable as listed below:

U-Spy Store offers remote setup services for remote access setup repair and anything computer related. Our technicians can troubleshoot common issues when we can connect to your computer remotely through a TeamViewer remote control session. (Click Here for Mac Version)

U-Spy Store can perform onsite visits to your location in the greater Chicagoland area. Our typical service call fee in most areas of the Chicago is $169 for the first hour (includes trip charge and up to one hour of service).  Our continuing labor rate is $85/hour (billed in 15 minute intervals) for additional time as required.
